Baby Back Ribs
(for step-by-step photos, go to
http://whats2eat2day.com/2014/02/16/give-me-those-baby-backs/)
The day before, rub down the baby back ribs with Stubb’s pork rub and sealed it up good in a FoodSaver bag. Let it hang out overnight in the refrigerator.
Set the Ninja 3-in-1 cooker to SLOW COOK LOW for 6 hours.
After 6 hours I put it on OVEN 350 degrees Fahrenheit to boil off some of the liquid at the bottom of the pot.
I prefer our ribs dry rubbed but do enjoy a good BBQ sauce for dipping.
